Consultation in Bristol
Initial Consultation
Clinical CBT & Analytical Therapy
Single ‘one-off’ session
Fees include CDs where appropriate.
A session is normally between 50 minutes to 60 minutes.
Clients do not require long therapy over months.
Three to eight sessions can be sufficient for most.
A one hour initial consultation is available to take a history and discuss your problems.
During this period I explain what therapy is required, and together work out a plan
of action. You need to be satisfied with the therapy and the therapist you are seeking
help from.

Clients / patients complete an outcomes form at the end of therapy. They are asked
on that form to place a percentage 0% meaning NO change to a specific problem, and
100% being the very best change.
